We are reaching out to all our clients to remind you how we communicate through our digital systems and what you can expect from our office.
With the increase of online scams, we wanted to assure you here at Southern Summit Advisory we are taking all the necessary steps to keep your data safe and keep you operating in a secure digital world, allowing you access to your information at the click of a button.

Ways you can expect to hear from us:

  • ATO correspondence is now emailed from office@southernsummit.com.au accompanied by a text message which serves as two factor authentication sign in.
  • Our client portal – most clients would be familiar with this site now as this is our central location for signing most documents, however if you have not activated your client portal or have any ongoing issues please contact our office; it can be navigated to from our public website, and you will receive an email each time there is a document uploaded for your action or attention. You use your username and password that you set up on first use to access this portal space.
  • ASIC Compliance + ASIC company statements – all ASIC documents are sent from the email address admin@southernsummit.com.au, you will be asked to sign company documents if you’re an officeholder
  • SMS – occasionally you will receive an SMS from our office with a request for action or as a reminder to pay an outstanding notice. We never ask for bank or personal details on these text and you cannot reply.
